NOTICE TO ALL CHARTER SERVICE CUSTOMERS
The National Transit Authority (NTA) wishes to inform all charter service customers that, effective June 15, 2026, all payments for charter services must be made only through the designated NTA bank accounts or approved Mobile Money merchant accounts listed below.
To make the booking process faster and more convenient, customers are encouraged to complete the NTA Pre-Charter Booking Form online or visit the NTA Head Office for inquiries and assistance.

Booking Process
- Complete and submit the online Pre-Charter Booking Form.
- An NTA Customer Service Representative will review your request and respond within one (1) business day with:
- A quotation or invoice, and/or
- Any additional information or clarification required.
- Make payment using any of the designated payment channels below.
- Visit the NTA Head Office with your proof of payment to obtain your official receipt and complete any remaining processing requirements.
