Technical Department

 The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing and assigning repair works, monitoring mechanical and technical work for repairs, coordinating breakdowns, rescuing buses and utility vehicles, reporting directly to the Deputy Manager Director for Operations (DMDO), preparing evaluation reports and annual project reports, updating project files, performing design reviews, collaborating on engineering hour accounting, developing strategic work plans, identifying and improving process deficiencies, delivering critical analysis documentation, submitting project scopes with budgets and goals, coordinating with the warehouse manager for spare parts, liaising with management for materials, monitoring daily spare part requests, providing logistical support, overseeing maintenance and tools, performing assigned tasks, maintaining a clean working environment, managing unmovable assets, and advising management on the condition of technical and mechanical assets.
