SENIOR MANAGER OF CORPORATE AND STRATEGY MARKETING

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Manager, Transportation, Strategy and Planning shall be responsible in Consulation with the Managing Director to develop, monitor and report on the strategic and operational plans of the National Transit Authority. He/she shall develop and ensure adherence to Management's procedures and processes.

 

SCOPE

The Senior Manager of Corporate and Strategy Marketing works under the supervision of the Managing Director.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in developing, monitoring and reporting on strategic and operational plans.
  • Support in maintaining and implementing management's policy.
  • Monitor national and international development partners and initiatives (national standard setters, regulators, etc.)
  • Identify strategic and operational opportunities and risks, advising the Managing Director on an appropriate course of action.
  • Work with the Financial Comptroller to ensure that programs designed to achieve strategic objectives are captured in the fiscal budget.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a process for monitoring the organization's performance in terms of achieving it strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the drafting and revision of all needing improvement in terms of policies and capacity building
  • Advise on marketing strategic planning, monitoring and reporting processes more economical, efficient and effective
  • Monitor and execute special projects as assigned by the Managing Director 
  • Any other task as assigned by the Managing Director.
