On Friday, December 6, 2024, the National Transit Authority (NTA) successfully concluded a two-day workshop aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. Themed “Enhancing Service Excellence and Operational Efficiency,” the workshop provided specialized training for customer service representatives, conductors, compliance and transit patrol officers, ticketing staff, and heavy-duty machine operators.
Monrovia – In a formal ceremony held at the compound of the National Transit Authority (NTA), the African Media Network of Liberia bestowed its prestigious "Most Outstanding Public Servant of the Year 2024" award upon Hon. Edmund F. Forh, Managing Director of the NTA. The recognition, presented by Prince Grandoe, Chairman of the African Media Network of Liberia, honored MD Forh for his exemplary leadership and significant contributions to the revitalization and efficiency of Liberia's public transport system.
In a significant move aimed at enhancing both the work environment and service delivery, the Management of the National Transit Authority (NTA) has recently procured a 100KVA generator. This acquisition comes as part of the Public Sector Investment Program (PSIP) and follows the earlier purchase of a 25KVA generator, underscoring the NTA’s commitment to improving operational efficiency.
